  They never have any chicken ready. No coleslaw. The staff is rude. This is not a one time occurrence for me. It's been the 4th time in a row. NEEDS WORK!!!

  Every car in the drive thru took 20 minutes. Window opened and reeked of weed. Chicken was freezer burned. Fries soggy. Chewed like rubber. Worst bojangles ever do not stop here

  I’m writing to express my frustration with an experience I had at your location. I came in intending to purchase breakfast, but before I could do so, I urgently needed to use the restroom. I was told by staff—and confirmed by a manager—that I could not use the restroom unless I made a purchase first. As someone who is 8 months pregnant, this situation was not just inconvenient but physically distressing. I was unable to wait and ended up having an accident as I left. This was extremely embarrassing and could have been avoided with a reasonable level of understanding and compassion. Additionally, the attitude of the staff at the front made the situation worse. I felt dismissed and unsupported during what was already a difficult moment. I hope you take this feedback seriously and reconsider how policies like this are enforced, especially in situations involving medical or pregnancy-related urgency. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I would hesitate to return or recommend this location.

  I went there for breakfast twice in the same week directly after work. I was told on the 1st occasion no creme for the coffee and on the 2nd occasion no coffee at all. The attendant told me the just opened(5:15am)so not much is ready/ available. What??? In addition the food was cold. Try breakfast at your own risk. Two times were good enough for me.

  Went to this bojanges drive thru today @2pm and they had no customers i order 9 piece bo bites No one responded for 3 to 4mins so insaid don't hello the cashier speaks thru the speaker saying it wil be a 20 minute wait....I ask why and he said it takes that long for them to cook..i do not believe it take 20mins Naw I see why they had no customers they just dont want to do they job just riding the clock so a check
