  I can't really rate the food because the taste is just subjective, it's not really my taste but my boyfriend liked it a lot. It depends if you like Arby's or not :D It was prepared well, and came fast. The service was very good, Michael who was working the register was such a friendly and lovely guy, just an overall sweetheart. He brought the food to our table and was a very pleasant experience. Also, all tables were completely clean, it was the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to in the US. Usually in other chains/restaurants all tables are sticky with crumbs, but everything was clean & the condiments well stocked. Will probably be going back if in the area again! Thank you Michael!

  The women working the drive thru 3-17-26 @ 10:30pm was beyond rude and had a nasty attitude. I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I unwrapped it the chicken was burnt to a crisp! I’m talking about black. I couldn’t even eat it. This is unacceptable

  They need to follow food safety regulations because they do not work gloves all the time especially the food expediter. It's no wonder that this restaurant has a B rating.

  I was pleasantly surprised by the food and excellent service I just received at Arby's on James Island. Arbony (sp?), who took my order, was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. She upgraded my order to a meal, to save me a few bucks. I don't typically get fast food, but was craving mozzarella sticks, and heard Arby's had them. The sticks and sandwich that I ordered seemed deli quality, versus fast food (so I don't feel guilty ;). If you haven't tried Arby's in a while, give them a chance.
