- AWAshley Watson1 day ago2.0At 1:30 pm on Friday We ordered 2 grilled chicken biscuits with cheese and with green beans as the side. (Dine in). We were told it would be 10 minutes, which was fine. About 5 minutes later, I went up there to ask for a side of brown gravy with the order and they said okay. TWENTY SIX MINUTES later a girl brought out 2 chicken biscuits, one with cheese and nothing else. My fiancé went up to get a piece of cheese for me and the rest of our order and the girl argued with him saying "there was cheese on one of them, though". Yes but not the other and we need our green beans and side of gravy. Finally got the cheese and beans but never got the gravy. We were hoping for a quick 15 minute max stop and we ended up spending 45. They weren't busy and they seemed to have plenty of workers but, idk. It was a little frustrating. Maybe it was just a bad day for them.

You better not ask for a pack of ketchup because its the end of the world if so. Food had been cooked hours earlier (they didnt deny it) and was horrible.

Was asked to use the app. After trying for 20 min the order still would not go through. Guy wrote down the order and said he would pass along. Friday morning comes and nothing. They were not told about the order. This location and the Newberry one are now off my list of go to places for large breakfast orders.
