  I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. I’m currently pregnant and was with my five-year-old daughter, and we stopped in to use the restroom. There were no signs posted indicating that the bathroom was for paying customers only. As we were leaving, the employee stopped me and asked what we were ordering. I explained that we weren’t ordering anything, and he immediately told me the bathroom was only for paying customers and that I should have asked first. His tone was rude and unnecessary, especially considering we had already used the restroom and were on our way out. I even told him we had been considering ordering food, but after being treated that way, there was no way we would. It felt unwelcoming and lacking basic compassion, especially toward a pregnant woman and a young child. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this experience ensured we won’t be coming back.

  I went to this Subway today and order a protein pockets subway italian trio I asked the Indian guy who served me for jalapeños and he said he couldn't. Terrible service.

  Upon entering Subway to purchase a sandwich using the coupons I received in the mail, I encountered an issue with the management. They refused to accept my coupon due to the discounts offered by the Subway franchise to the public. This situation is concerning, as prices in the United States are already high, particularly for food, groceries, and other essential items. Furthermore, the management refused to honor coupons sent through the mail by the Subway franchise. It is imperative that this management reevaluates the Subway’s business practices and ensures that coupons are honored to the public. If this policy does not change, I would not be eating at this Subway ever again.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I walked in to use the restroom first, fully intending to order food right after while my Tesla was charging. As soon as I came out, the staff shouted at me that the bathroom was “only for paying customers.” The tone was rude, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. At that point, I had zero interest in giving them my money. Customer service matters, and this was the opposite of that. I’ve never been treated this way in a Subway or any restaurant before. Definitely do not recommend. Plenty of other places that understand basic respect.
