- THTim Harmon6 days ago5.0I've had difficulty at other McDonalds recently with all the kiosk self service , human free service. I got through the ordering process, just could not figure out how to pay. There was no where to scan my card that was discernable to me. Apparently I needed another phone app. A young man working there came out and helped me after noticing me struggling. Checked me out at the front register and later stopped by me in the dining room and asked how everything was. The 5 stars is mostly for this young man

- AAAnthonyMar 24, 20261.0My DoorDash orders are always incorrect, i call up there to ask about my missing items and they get rude and hang up in my face. This is starting to get ridiculous, I’m spending my hard earned money to feed my family and I’m always missing food and drinks.

It seems she got an attitude as soon as I told her the the 1 meal she was trying to hand me wasnt mine. I tried to hand her my receipt telling her I had 3 meals but she was dismissive. Then she asked if I only had two drinks so I handed her my receipt so she could see. She made my Frappe and I don't know what all she did to it but she must've picked up a dirty or molded top from the floor. What her problem was. I have no idea because I wasnt rude or nasty to her in anyway. Literally said nothing to her outside of answering her questions. What a way to start the morning. Going to another McDonald's for my drink and I'm tossing this one. Just weird.
