  I did order banana pudding donut in charlotte store was so good and really delicious abd I did order the same at this store but was not good not as delicious as the one i had before in charlotte nc,

  Came here for doughnuts with friends and was treated over the top by the staff. Mark was phenomenal and very sweet. Very interactive with customers and made the atmosphere so fun. Best Krispy Kreme experience by far!!!

  I placed an online order. Said it would be ready at 5:52 PM. When I arrived at the location at 5:54 PM. The cashier asked me to get to the back of the line that she could not fill my order. Then, I would have to get in line. I explained to her it shows that it was ready for pickup at 5:52 PM. She said it would be better for me to order from inside or the drive thru from now on. After waiting in line, a customer behind me started getting their order made before mine. So I proceeded to sit down and wait Since my turn, I guess was not available Yet i'm very dissatisfied with the service. Why would you have an online order option? With a pickup time showing order has been completed. And is ready for pickup When you do not have an online order, pick up option and you have to wait in the drive through or go inside and wait at the end of a long line. It makes no sense.

  Had to wait 30 mins to get order, however it was worth the wait. The staff (including management) could have been a little better at multitasking to complete orders faster, but they are friendly.

  Y’all know that universal language: a red light = hot glazed doughnuts 🍩🔥 It’s a beacon to our bellies that only gets louder the closer we get. I did get tickled by the “outdoor seating.” It feels like Earl said, “Let’s put a table on the sidewalk and call it a day.” 😂 That stretch of sidewalk isn’t even needed—you’re basically sitting in the drive-thru line. If you dine out there, you’re sharing space with pedestrians, traffic, and possibly a stray animal or two. Ambience at its finest. I tried to catch a photo of those beautiful glazed doughnuts rolling off the line, but that glass needs some serious attention. Now for the lineup: I started with the Hershey’s Double Chocolate—basically a glazed doughnut with chocolate on top. Meh. My least favorite, but worth trying. Next was the Strawberries & Cream, and that one showed up. One bite in and your taste buds are practically glowing, begging for another 🫦 Then came my go-to: the Chocolate Iced Cream-Filled. Whew 😋 Soft, fresh, melt-in-your-mouth perfection, whispering that every calorie is absolutely worth it. Ray sat there thoroughly amused, enjoying his hot glazed doughnuts like a man at peace with his choices. Final ranking: 🥇 Strawberries & Cream 🥈 Chocolate Iced Cream-Filled 🥉 Hershey’s Double Chocolate I couldn’t find a sanitation rating anywhere—front, drive-thru, or counter. It may have gone on break with Earl after moving that table 🤷‍♀️ I grew up on Krispy Kreme—we’ve been through breakups, study sessions, birthdays… all of it. The nostalgia is strong, but this visit? The flavor didn’t quite keep up.
