They refused to accept my coupon due to the discounts offered by the Subway franchise to the public. This situation is concerning, as prices in the United States are already high, particularly for food, groceries, and other essential items. Furthermore, the management refused to honor coupons sent through the mail by the Subway franchise. It is imperative that this management reevaluates the Subway’s business practices and ensures that coupons are honored to the public. If this policy does not change, I would not be eating at this Subway ever again.

As soon as I came out, the staff shouted at me that the bathroom was “only for paying customers.” The tone was rude, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. At that point, I had zero interest in giving them my money. Customer service matters, and this was the opposite of that. I’ve never been treated this way in a Subway or any restaurant before. Definitely do not recommend. Plenty of other places that understand basic respect.

I've read a few reviews saying she's very confrontational, and I can see that. The toppings looked beautiful and were organized beautifully as well, but they are EXTREMELY stingy with the toppings.
