  I usually like sonic for their drinks and ice cream. I got the burger on special and it was ok but bland. Not to mention it was Luke warm.

  For the last 2 times I came to this location this light skin heavy set guy works the drive- thru and I ask for fresh fries or tots. They dont give them to me fresh. They take old fries and tots and re-cook them in the grease. Fries or tots should not be this greasy. I worked at sonic for 2 years as a cook. I never gave out fries or tots soaked in grease. They shouldn't even look like this. The cook that work the over night shift keep re-cooking my food and its disgusting. The burger be good and dont be greasy. Burger taste fresh but the fries and tots look and taste like they been put back in the grease. I know they cant be fresh because when i get up to the window and tell him to please make sure my food fresh, He says I got you and less then a minute he bring me the food. When i worked at sonic it usually take 2 minutes and 30 seconds to cook the fries or tots and they dont be greasy like in the photo. I will be letting Boom Inc know.

  Very nice woman who works overnight shift. Always kind and polite. Definitely a pleasure to visit there. Food was excellent as well.

  Held me up in line for 30minutes and never took my order despite obviously making food for cars ahead of me. When I finally get to the speaker, they give me the silent treatment and never respond to anything I say. Did this for about 10 minutes before giving up. Worst service ive ever had, wish I knew the names of the people working that shift so I can put them on blast. It was on 1/31/26 at 3am in case any managent is curious.

  Do not get the ice cream, drinks or food here because I heard there are mole in the drinks nozzles, they dont use gloves for the food that make, they touch everything with bare hands and there are bugs in the ice cream machine. And for a place that is kid friendly there sure be a lot of people smoking in the store and cussing a storm when there is kids around. The only good shift that is good to eat from is 3rd shift the person that was taking order is cool and the music that he be playing is off the chain i don't care how long it take for my food I be in the car listening to his music and I be fine. So if you ever go to sonic go during 3rd shift when Maliexkiy works it's the best shift possible out of the rest.
