- TMThulani M.Feb 20, 20261.0i am a frequent customer and usually do not have many issues other than my drink tasting different every time i come and the price being different. however one of the workers here has no sense of customer service whatsoever. i received a cup that had a gash in it that caused my drink to spill in my cup holder. i then had to drive back to the store after realizing and when i told the worker about it she proceeded to make it seem like I caused it. she did give me a new drink but it was “made” in under a minute and tastes like milk rather than matcha. don’t waste your time here
