  We went to Bojangles to get a biscuit this morning and was shocked by the terrible disposition of the person taking our order. She made it obvious that she didn't want to take our order and that she didn't want to be at work. She even said out loud that she was ready to go home. Unrelated to her, a lady came in and asked to see the GM. She told the GM she was there just checking to make sure she hadn't missed her call. The GM rudely said I didn't call you. I think the girl must have applied for a job, but was turned away very curtly. If I were her, I wouldn't want to work there! This Bojangles used to have a friendly, hardworking staff, but this has changed. We will have to find another Bojangles for our business.

  I truly wish I could separate the position for this rating. Management and cashiers at the window encounter were a delight while I reported that my Cajun fillet biscuit was not fully cooked enough with a rubbery texture when I took a bite. It was the super aggressive, cook yelling from the back stating if it’s not cooked good enough for her she can order something else because we are way too busy to be dealing with this, she can get something else or not. I kindly ask for my money back and let establishment after a customer tried to make light of the aggressive situation. The aggression and hostility coming from the kitchen was embarrassing and completely unprofessional.

  I would give 0 stars but I had to get this to move forward, ~6pm Saturday, against my better judgment, stopped by this location on our way out of Columbia to get carryout,but he decided to dine in, I ordered 3 pc, which is leg & thighs, mash potatoes, dirty rice, went to wash my hands, the rest room was filthy, had smears of stool on the toilet and the tissue, I wanted to leave then but couldn't convince him, the lady informed me they didn't have thighs but had breast and wing, I got the breast, she said they were cooking chicken, got back to the table, I had the same order as him, with fries and rice,tea looked at my receipt to make sure that was not what I ordered, it wasn't, the food was old, warm and tasteless, biscuits were old and hard, now I know why there were no customers there, which is always a sign for me to keep moving, i don't give second chances, nobody can convince me to ever stop there again. Not to mention when I got home my stomach started to ache and into the toilet I went, hoping I didn't catch some virus from that filthy place. Do better Bojangles

  Ok they actually ask what could be better . Pork chop biscuit was a issue , too thin an cooked till pork jerky it did have gravy on it and the gravy was normal but it was so tough I couldn't chew the meat . It local for me so I had stoped in often . Hated to loose a convient spot but it's got to be edible y'all! And we had 2 and a steak I didn't hear any complaints out of the steak eater theirs was gone.
