  I’m really disappointed with my experience here. Customer service matters a lot, especially when you work in the food industry, and this place completely missed the mark. No greeting, no smile, not even a simple “welcome” just a cold and unwelcoming attitude from the start. I asked about an iced latte flavor I had seen online, and instead of trying to help or explain, the staff responded in a rude and dismissive way. What really crossed the line was hearing one of the employees go outside and loudly complain about customers “asking for weird drinks” while on the phone. That was extremely unprofessional and honestly disrespectful. I work in a restaurant myself, so I understand how important it is to treat customers with kindness and patience. That’s why I usually enjoy going to places like Dunkin’ where they at least try to be friendly. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. This will be my last time coming here. I hope management takes customer service more seriously, because no one deserves to feel judged or unwelcome just for asking a question.

  0 stars. This was a horrible experience! First off, the speaker was broken and the guy was so quiet and impatient with me. I pulled around, they asked me to repeat my order, the woman GRABBED my phone out of my hand, literally SHOVED my donuts in my face, then, we parked to make sure it was right. It wasnt. They asked my order 2 TIMES and didnt give me any of the donuts i asked for. When i went in, they said they were out of the ones i want.. so instead of telling me they were out they just randomized them without saying anything. They gave a horrible attitude when i went inside to get replacements and shoved a bag with 3 other donuts that i didnt ask for at me. Wth. 0/10.

  NO STARS!! THESE ARE THE RUDEST WORKERS IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE! THEY ALL HAVE ATTITUDES AND SHE YELLED AT ME THROUGH THE WINDOW BECAUSE THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG 3 TIMES AND TOLD ME TO COME IN!! I TOLD HER NO BECAUSE I HAVE AN INFANT BABY IN MY CAR SHE SAID SHE DONT CARE IM HOLDING UP THEIR LINE. I WENT INSIDE AND GOT MY MONEY BACK THEN SHE STARTS TALKING TO THE OTHER WORKERS ABOUT ME WHILE I WAS IN THERE!! I SENT A EMAIL TO REPORT TO ESCALATE MY COMPLAINT AND THEY STILL HAVENT RESPONDED!!!!!!!

  I placed a mobile order 25 minutes before I got there. When I got in line I had to wait 15 minutes, then when I got up got the window nothing was ready, I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to actually make the food and drink. Something needs to be done.

  i wish i can give them - star they are rediculas i just ask the about my actual money back instade of $13 they just give me back $8 back and when i ask them adjust amount they behave rudly and use badwords to me plz replace them they dos not desarve that job
