  They need to adjust their hours for when they're actually open, because they were not open when they were supposed to be. Probably hire bare minimum of staff.

  Their prices are getting ridiculous. And the drink lids always come off when least expected.

  One of the worst Sonic’s I’ve been to. The lady, I think Hailey (that’s what it said on the receipt) , was a sweetheart though. She was the only redeeming quality there. I really appreciate her and want to shout her out. She had dark brown hair that was pulled up in a ponytail and a portrait tattoo on her arm, and black earrings. Thank you for actually getting my order correct and being kind.

  Sonic Camden SC pulled in to three different stalls waited in each one no answer on intercom. He finally came on talked to us told us they were out of order. I said why can we hear you then. He says go through drive thru. We left waited entirely too long. Poor service.

  They can never get an order right. I always have to pull forward when I do a mobile order. The workers could really use some customer service training.
