  Last couple weeks the McCafé machine haven’t been working. Came by this morning and was told it wasn’t working, and they have been handing out incomplete orders. If you order nuggets you better double check and make sure your sauce is in there because they have a big issue with that.

  Did an online order and they cheated me out of a pattie. Unfortunately I live 30 minutes away or I would've taken it back

  I stopped by here on my way to work to get some breakfast. I parked in the parking lot walked in. There were six people already waiting in line that had already ordered walked up to the cash register. No one was there, a couple of employees walked in, went straight to the back. Never greeted me or acknowledged me. I could hear people in the back talking laughing and Having fun, no one ever looked out to see if anybody was waiting to order, I stood there for about 5 minutes. Then, finally got tired of waiting, And left. During that time, no food came out to the people that had been waiting who already paid. They should have at least one person at help by the register At all times greeting people and acknowledging them ready to take their orders instead of being completely empty. I doubt that I will ever come back to this restaurant again.

  If the Playplace isn't closed, the ice cream machine is broken. Bathroom has black hair tie with a huge knot of hair on the floor and neither sink has running water. I have very low expectations for McDonald's, but running water so they can at least pretend to be sanitary, is definitely a new low.

  Everytime i come here its horrible. The staff is horribly mannered and would rather yell across the store about drama then put food in a bag. Today me and my partner went inside at 8:45pm and bought 2 big mac meals and finally got our warm-ish food at 9:25pm The managers shamika and nikki are down right rude and rufuse to understand how fast food works Not happy about me losing money multiple times over this store because i either down get my order right or the machine needed is down. Do better. Find a better crew.
