(Pizza Hut site or door dash) The manager takes him aside and the rep just leans in the corner so I have to ask, “Can I get some assistance?” She goes on about how once there’s an order on the screen she can’t bypass… Huh?! I’m pretty sure you can remove his order and help the next person since he wasn’t prepared. Today my order was supposed to be ready at 4:19p and wasn’t ready until 4:36p although I ordered online. Another gentleman who ordered in the store received his food before me… How?!?! He had about 7 personal pans to my 3. And all the older guy could say is, “I know, I know!” I specifically asked what the ETA of my order was but didn’t get an answer. I won’t be back anytime soon. The manager is great however.
