The biggest problem I have is the food, it's just horrible, they seem to mix of orders as well. I ordered a cheese burger and it literally only had cheese and burger, plus it's always dry and what I hate the most is that the cheese burger are always squished and not pleasant to eat. This isn't my first experience I had this problem every time I come here. If u want McDonald's I recommend the McDonald's on Sumter highway.

I came in for something cus I haven't eatin all day I stood in the front of the line inside for over 15 minutes while I watched the employee scoop fries for every other order and then drive thru. ...tell me you don't want to take my order without telling me you don't want to take my order. It would have been different if they were packed but they weren't, it was just a bunch of employees that didn't want to be there clearly and a manager that was going rounds with a customer about not getting door dash food the night before....the front counter person decided to be on the fry machine cus she didn't come take my order so I walked out after 15 minutes of standing there. Just watching the person that could have easily come done their job, assist with everything else but what she was supposed to be doing. The line for the lobby went to the door. I just walked out still hungry. Now hangry. No
