  Order has been WRONG the last two recent visits. The workers get an attitude when told the order is incorrect. Some of the employees also talk about the customers. I've heard them on several occasions. As far as the food, the food usually good, when I receive what I ordered.

  I want to start off by saying that this is my first time to ever do a google review on anything but after I called the Camden location and no one answered the phone I felt it was warranted. They close at 10pm and I arrived right at 8, now this is 2 hours before they closed. The young girl with the glasses that took my payment was very pleasant and I did not have an issue with her, however the girl with the red hair had a nasty attitude and was cussing with the person that was working in the back so loud that I could hear them through the drive thru window. Then after paying almost $34.00, the food sucked. Now mind you I sat there 10 mins before they came and told me that all they had was thighs and wings, and then I had to wait on biscuits. Then the red headed chick gonna come to the window and ask me to pull up, I told her no and that I wasn’t pulling no where until I had my food. She then told me that she needed to see if the car behind was the car waiting on their Boberry biscuits. I asked her then for my money back and she said never mind and shut the window on me. I asked again for my money back since dang I still hadn’t gotten my food yet, she just ignored me and went and put some biscuits from the back in my box and basically threw me the bag out the window and shut it back. I get home and don’t even have the gravy for the mashed potatoes. They will never get my business again EVER!!!

  So we came and placed an order at 7:56pm and we paid and after about 5 minutes was asked to pull up because they were waiting on Boberrys and was given no expectation of how long it would take. We proceed to do just that and 30 minutes go by and still no word from any employee so we go back through the drive thru. By this time I no longer want anything from inside because after a half hour wait it’s ridiculous so we request a refund to which they say they can’t do which is total BS. So we get our receipt and they tell us to call the manager in the morning. No customer service skills at all with these drive thru workers.

  Generally, I do not go to Bojangles because most of them in area in Charleston and the surrounding area are not good but passing through Camden, SC, I stopped at this location and it was nice. Food was great. All the staff were extra friendly and helpful. The place was clean and bright. It was the most pleasurable experience I have had at a Bojangles in a very long time. Well done, Camden Bojangles! As for the rest of the Bojangles, I wish y'all would use this location as your standard because I would visit Bojangles a lot more often.
