  I called she had me on hold almost 10 minutes and when I requested all flats for my large order she said we don’t do that Friday through Sunday because of busy hours. One she’s a liar, I l’ve called and done that every time before on the weekend because that’s the only time we get Wingstop. She directed me to place the order online said that’s the only way they can honor it thing is, rather I order online or over the phone you STILL have to make it correct so what’s it matter ??? Sounds like she was lazy and avoiding doing her job we go to this Wingstop often and never been told this….

  Today was a rough day, from broke down car, to doordashing food from wing stop… to the doordasher lying saying she delivered my food when clearly she decided she needed the food more. Even though I’d laugh about stuff like this but again today was rough. I borrowed my mom’s car and drove to wing stop. Trying to hold my tears because everything just crumbling down, I walked in and told a worker the situation that just happened with DoorDash. He got me a very understanding and sweet manager who was an angel! After explaining and I did state I could pay for my food because I really wanted some good chicken parm and bbq with other food. She took everything from the heart and granted me faith in humanity. I just want to state that the crew that worked today and gave me my order, thank you from my heart to my soul of your kindness, patiences, and sweetness of this crew. They were an amazing team and served with justice. So personally thank you to Jayden, Logan, Gabe, Morgan and Jay. You all deserve all the best blessings and every good luck to get you. You have made my day better and made my sister and I tummies fulfilled ❤️ god bless you guys!

  Everytime I try to call in my lunch order at the BoilingSpringslocation, nobody answered. The phone just rung & rung. I mentioned it to the manager after this happening several times over the last month , all I got was a sorry. They checked the phones & Come to find out the night shift crew cuts the ringer off on the phones and don't cut them back on. I was so irritated and explained it was a inconvenience for me having to wait on my lunch break but they didn't seam to care. I wasn't compensate in anyway so I will never eat there again.

  Clean and well kept. The wings were delicious and made fresh. I wish there was a wingstop in Landrum!

  We had Wingstop in Georgia, so we were excited to try the new one in Boiling Springs, especially since we had a coupon. However, it took a long time to get our food. We were there for over an hour by the time we finished eating Also, even though there are tables inside and out, they clearly don't expect you to sctually eat there. We ordered to eat in and they packed our order in to go bags. You don't generally come as a family of 5 and sit down at a table if it is to go. There is not a customer trash can anywhere in the dining room. We had to throw our things away in the trash can tlhe employees were using, kind of behind the counter. There is also no place to put trays when you are done. It was very weird. Their "napkins" were also a roll of the cheap brown bathroom paper towels that don't absorb anything. The food was fine, but the overall experience was a little disappointing.
