  Ordered 2 footlongs on the website with all the normal lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, etc. When we got home they were missing the tomatoes and mayo and nobody said a word when we picked them up. Called and spoke to the manager woman who was very rude and short tempered said they were out of tomatoes and mayo. I asked why didn't you say something when we ordered or picked them up or why don't you go to Ingles next door and get some? She could have cared less, started yelling and saying that every place does this. Definitely NOT management material! Stay away from this hateful place...

  As usual they did not fix my sandwich the way I ordered and also put the second sub wrong. Called and talked to whoever. Non apologetic said was nothing they could do. Corporations have to do better and stop WASTING people's time and money.. this place is the WORST

  Horrible experience..they charge extra for onions....they trated us as we are homeless .....if they dont want to give perfect service then why they open ......dont waste time
