  This isn’t a bad location… ONLY if you go in the morning/early afternoon… their nighttime crew is absolutely horrific. You need to clean house and rehire because those attitudes that they have are uncalled for. You park at a stall and press the button and they tell you they’re doing drive-thru only and then you go through the drive-thru and they tell you they’re doing parking only, it’s a gimmick just to make you pull off and leave because they don’t want to serve you. They’re lazy and hateful. If you don’t like your job, FIND A NEW ONE.

  Had to change back to 1 star. Always charged extra for toppings etc and never received them. Clearly stated before ordering, as I did not mind paying extra. But twice ive paid extra and not received correct order.

  It is nice to go somewhere, no profanity or acting up violently. The food was hot and very delicious, the customer Service very mannered tend to our needs.

  Everytime you go to this location they are so slow taking orders you have people driving over curbs to get out of the drive-thru line. Then after 20 mins waiting to get to the speaker they leave you sitting another several minutes before they even acknowledge you're there. Then most of the time you're informed they don't have the item you want. If by some chance you have the time to wait and they actually have your requested item once you get to the window they are usually very rude and unprofessional. Even the management. I have never seen a location so poorly ran. And it's been like this for years. So clearly it isn't a concern even for corporate. I don't know how this location is even in business honestly.
