Smoothie tastes watered down and like ingredients are missing. I'm not sure if this location runs out or they're being frugal but I started to drive the extra distance and have it at a different location who has it down every time. I did go to this location tonight and the drink again was a disappointment.

I placed an online order for smoothies, and when I arrived five minutes after receiving my notification, I found all three orders had been sitting for about 25 minutes. I only requested that my smoothies be remade, but I was told by staff (including a rude employee, Jess) that remaking them would cause too much product loss and was refused. I was offered the option of just adding ice. The smoothies ended up lacking flavor and were undesirable. This experience was frustrating, especially given the amount my family and I spend here. Customer service and quality were very disappointing, and I will not be returning.
