It was horrible! The only good thing was that I didn't have to wait forever in the drive thru. The food was horrible! Cold, sloppily put together, and didn't have on my order what was said was on it on the menu! I usually LOVE Taco Bell, now I'm wondering if I'll go back. And they also advertised a free taco on taco Tuesday for hard shells only, I didn't get mine and when I asked about it the girl said she couldn't do it cause she didn't know how!! UUuugghhhh!!!

On three separate occasions our quesadillas have been burnt on one side. On the 15th when we opened our bag all you could smell was a burnt unpleasant scent. Paid to sub steak for beef and still ended up with beef. Window service is neutral nothing spectacular. Definitely feel as if I’m inconveniencing the workers.
We are extremely disappointed with the experience my fiancé had at the drive-thru around 11PM on Thursday, 2/19/25. He was treated unkindly and unprofessionally by the employee at the window (He was told his name was Jared and that the managers name was Will by the employee that brought the food out). Instead of calmly explaining the situation, the employee raised his voice and argued with my fiancé because he didn’t understand why he couldn’t pick up my already paid-for mobile order at the same time. I placed the order on the mobile app to save everyone time because my fiancé had just finished working for 10 hours and was on his way home.
The reasoning behind having to pull around and place another order was never clearly explained, he was speaking in a condescending tone to my fiancé when he tried to get more information so we may know the reason moving forward as this is what we do with other restaurants locally. The employee just repeated that he had to wait in line all over again to pick up food that had already been ordered through the app prior to arrival and was treated like he was being an inconvenience to the workers. The drive-thru was busy, and it felt like frustration was being taken out on him for being a customer. This just didn’t sound like proper protocol and we would have understood if the reasoning was properly explained other than “you gotta drive around and order again” (but there was ONE order being placed in line and the other order was already placed, paid for, and ready to pick up via the mobile app so that didn’t make any sense).
On top of all of that, the order was incorrect when it was brought it home.
We’ve never had this issue before at the East Spartanburg location, which is why this was especially disappointing being as the new Boiling Springs location is close to where we live. A little patience and clear communication would have gone a long way. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and employees should have the ability to explain their process and reasoning to stop future misunderstanding

We used the DT. Food was good! Burritos were sloppy and flat. They still tasted good, but the burrito rollers could use some more training. 😂 Luckily, we were eating at home or it would have been a disaster eating in the car. They forgot the sauce. Check your bag. We did, but only to count items. They might need a sauce inspector from what I can see on other reviews.
