- KLKristen LongDec 29, 20251.0I ordered the pretzel bacon double burgers combo and not only did they forget a whole burger in the order, they didn’t even give us the right pretzel bun, just a regular bun, and there was hardly any bacon or fried onions on it. The lack of attention was ridiculous and I had to drive back for my whole burger that wasn’t in the bag. I love sonic food but today was one of those days that just showed their lack of care. I don’t ever write reviews so you know it’s bad when I take the time to complain. I also tried to call and nobody answered the phone and after 10 tries I gave up on that. Just kept going to voicemail. Next time I go I will be talking to the manager in person. Not being a Karen and complaining for nothing. But I don’t mind voicing my complaints when needed.

I also was asking the differences in products and the lady said, “they’re milkshakes.” Didn’t even greet us or help. Very rude and disappointing.

My tots came out cold, and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. I asked politely if it could be remade, but instead of preparing a fresh order, the male employee brought back the same cold tots with additional cold cheese added on top. The interaction was extremely unprofessional, and it didn’t seem as though there was much care about fixing the issue. I was disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service during this visit. I hope management can hire new employees who actually care about food quality. This Sonic will not get another dime of my money, and it shouldn't get yours unless something changes.

- LGLogan GOct 21, 20251.0Ya know, teams have “bad days” and don’t perform as they should. This location on the other hand gives poor service, wrong orders, and bad quality food each and every time that I go there. Too many chances and wasted dollars. Lots of other burgers in town.
