  Nothing special decent cheap fast food. 3 stars because what do you mean you cant take cards. We live in the era of high speed 5G Internet no excuse.

  Everytime you go to this location they are so slow taking orders you have people driving over curbs to get out of the drive-thru line. Then after 20 mins waiting to get to the speaker they leave you sitting another several minutes before they even acknowledge you're there. Then most of the time you're informed they don't have the item you want. If by some chance you have the time to wait and they actually have your requested item once you get to the window they are usually very rude and unprofessional. Even the management. I have never seen a location so poorly ran. And it's been like this for years. So clearly it isn't a concern even for corporate. I don't know how this location is even in business honestly.

  If I could give them zero stars for service, I would. We ordered in the app, paid for it, then when we got there and parked in a stall, they said they couldn’t understand us. I finally was able to let them know we were here for our food and the boy said it would be right out. Fast forward to 20 minutes later, we hit the red button again and the girl that answered said she couldn’t understand us. We’re not from another country, mind you… so we went through the drive through and the boy brought it right out. No napkins or anything or any real explanation for why they couldn’t just bring it out like he said he would. And the answer was , “well, sorry about that”. NOT OK!!!

  Didn't even order from here. We went to the drive through and decided to head to one of the booth areas to order instead. When we were ready to order my friend begin saying the order only for the lady working the intercom to snap at him to "come to the drive through". Yet we begin ordering at the drive through and we also told the lady we were going to one of the booths and apologized and got no response to stay in the drive through. There were also multiple cars outside in the booth areas. If they can't take orders from the booths they should let people know. There's no need to get snappy and rude for something we don't know is a problem. Seems to me they just didn't want to walk the food out as the intercom and button was working fine for taking orders. I also saw a lady inside on her phone while I could see at least three other cars outside at the booth areas. Definitely not going back to this place or sonic as it seems this is okay to have at a place of business. Just wanted some food man. Taco bell across the street was very nice and quick to order.

  Foods great but the restaurant itself is a hotmessexpress. They really need to learn to work better together as a team. **always check your bag!
