  See the photo - looks like a nice cheese pizza right? And somehow a little piece of meat made it on there? That’s because it’s not a cheese pizza, this is supposed to be a Specialty Philly Cheesesteak. What a run for your money

  I had a terrible experience at Papa Johns. We were told our pizza would be ready at 6:45, but I ended up waiting an extra 35 minutes past that time. No one apologized or even acknowledged the delay. When the pizza was finally ready, the lady simply said “here is your pizza” and set it on the counter instead of handing it to me—no courtesy at all. The lack of customer service was unacceptable. I will never go back to this location.

  Great experience all around! The food was delicious, quick, and affordable. I even made a mistake with my online order, and they fixed it immediately with a simple phone call — no hassle at all. The customer service was excellent, and everything came out exactly how we wanted

  Normally I don't have any issues with this location, but today was the exception. I made a delivery order for 2 large pizzas (1 thin and 1 stuffed) , cheesesticks, and a 2 liter of mt dew. The driver arrives and he doesn't have my 2 liter. I open the pizza boxes and the thin crust pizza looks like it was either tipped on its side or the driver slammed on the breaks and the sauce and cheese shifted off of the pizza. I spoke to the manager and she gave me a credit for another pizza on my next visit.

  Came in they said pizza wasn’t ready yet, walked outside tried to come in after 5 minutes at 8pm doors were locked and the worker pointed at the drive through window. Got in line and had to wait another 15 minutes to get our pizza while it sat inside getting cold
