  Two times this week (Thursday and today) I went to get a cookie butter latte and they were out of espresso beans and couldn’t make any lattes. Today, I was given a cookie butter cold brew in place of a latte which would’ve been fine, except there was no cookie butter syrup in the cold brew…even though I asked for extra. It was just plain, unflavored, watered down cold brew. The line also takes a really long time and there’s no way to get out of line even when they don’t have what you came for. I understand this place is new and they’re trying to get things figured out, but they need get some people in charge over there from other locations that can help this place run more smoothly starting off. I will say when they can make lattes, they are really good.

  I realize the store just opened and there kinks to be worked out, but being completely out of doughnuts after sitting in the drive thru to even order for over 20 minutes is not a kink. How do you have no doughnuts??? You can’t get out of line after being told no doughnuts are available so you have to continue to sit in line another 20 minutes because everything is moving so slow. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt and be understanding. However I think this is unacceptable and poor management.

  Ordered a medium cold brew with cream. The drink was okay, not great but okay. They poured way too much cream, but they were super busy and doing a great job. The lady asked me if it had too much cream(probably cause it looked like all cream and ice) and offered to remake it, but I told her it was fine. I felt bad asking, they were swamped. Then she gave me a free donut for the long wait(they accidentally skipped my order). The donut was great though and the customer service was great. I have been waiting for a Dunkin in Boiling Springs, so im definitely going back.

  Tried to do a mobile order and got charged but got a notification that my order didn’t go through on their end. Waited in line inside for probably 20min because I was unsure what to do and obviously wanted my coffee if it did go through and I paid for it. Only reason for the wait time was because the person infront of me was ordering for the 5 people with her on the little kiosk. I explained to the work what happened on the app and she made it right away. Side note They had so 23 items waiting for pick up and delivery!

  Your staff need more training on customer service ! I get yall had a line wrapped around the building but you knew this was gone happen once you open anything new in Boiling Springs! When you come on the speaker to take our orders you need to be more polite ! And when we say we have a mobile order don’t sound like you got a damn attitude and just say, “ pull through”!! How about fixing that and say, “what’s your name and then confirm you got our order and then say thank you and please pull around to the window for us ! And I don’t appreciate my water down caramel freeze! It looked horrible ! My sandwich was hard as a rock
