This establishment is a complete embarrassment.
Management should be ashamed for allowing such a toxic and unprofessional culture to continue.
I was the only car in line, yet they still managed to get my simple order incorrect.
When I tried to approach them to fix the mistake, I could see the staff through the window smirking and laughing in my face.
It is pathetic and alarming that your employees find it funny to be incompetent and disrespectful to customers.
To make matters worse, the staff is so poorly trained they didn’t even know the new items on their own menu.
Management clearly isn't reading these reviews or simply doesn't care that their store has become a joke.
This isn't just poor service; it is a disgusting display of laziness.
I am done supporting this circus. Fix your store or close the doors!

I am beyond frustrated with this location. It is ridiculous that at 6:30 AM, with no other cars in line, it takes over 10 minutes to get a medium coffee and two donuts. This isn’t a one-time issue; whether it’s morning, afternoon, or evening, the service is consistently slow and the staff is incredibly rude.
To make matters worse, they request tips after providing terrible service, wrong orders, and stale food. I’ve even heard the employees smirking and mocking me from the window. With a Starbucks right across the street and other Dunkin' locations nearby, there is no reason to put up with this. They need to clean house and hire a team that has proper manners. Avoid this place.

I honestly don’t understand the point of this location being open if the service is going to be this consistently slow. Even when the drive-thru isn't full, you are looking at a 10 to 15-minute wait minimum. They move at a turtle's pace, and it completely defeats the purpose of a "quick" coffee run.
It has gotten to the point where I’d rather drive out of my way in the opposite direction than deal with the lack of urgency here. To make matters worse, after waiting all that time, the staff often hands out the wrong orders. It’s clear there is a major issue with the management and pace of the personnel inside.

The first bad experience I’ve probably ever had at a Dunkin. Around 1:30 pm today, we waited 35 minutes on two iced coffees and were behind one car who placed a small order, as well. Honestly, I have zero problem with waiting when folks apologize for our wait; however, that’s not what happened today. Instead the girl working at the drive through window offered zero greeting or apology - instead she stuck the credit card machine out the window and said “you can enter a tip here.” Are you kidding me? Dunkin, it’s time to get serious about customer service training for your employees. This experience was subpar.
P.S. we waited so long the cold foam had melted on top of our iced coffee. First world problem I know, however we expected better when we were paying that much for coffee.

Today me and my girlfriend went to the boiling springs dunkin at around 2:40ish pm and were treated pretty rudely after our order was taken. We ordered a cookie butter latte (w/almond milk), a toasted white chocolate iced caramel latte, a sausage egg n cheese, and two chocolate glazed donuts. The order was nearly completely wrong, the only thing that was correct was the toasted white chocolate iced caramel latte. The cookie butter latte was watered down with milk and almond milk. The donuts were the second thing to come out, both donuts being wrong (chocolate donuts with chocolate icing and not normal donuts with chocolate icing). We sat there and checked after they handed it to us and heard them loud and clear mocking us checking our order behind the glass window. We smiled and laughed awkwardly because they were making comments such as “what? what’s wrong with the donuts?” “please tell me somethings wrong, what did we do?” in a rude and attitude filled mocking manner along with other things. When they opened the window to hand us our other food order of sausage egg n cheese, we told them the donuts were wrong to which they “apologized” then replaced them with the correct but stale donuts. Then when we left and checked our sausage egg n cheese, it was wrong as well. The screen when we ordered said bacon egg n cheese but we verbally asked them if it was sausage to which they confirmed it was and we trusted them. I went back without my girlfriend to exchange the sausage egg n cheese because she was visibly upset to the point of tears due to the meanness of the girls but they gave us the wrong order once again (2 cream cheese and pepper everything bagels) after verbally saying that they accidentally gave us the wrong order the first time. We wanted to believe that they were just joking and having a hard time correcting our order but it seems they were just being rude because they could. When i was at the drive thru I told them what had happened with our original, sausage egg and cheese and how they gave us bacon egg and cheese instead. They verbatim told me they had the sausage egg and cheese ready and with them yet they still failed to give us the right order. ( i’m reiterating because of how frustrated i am by the service/ food). I considered going back to have my order refunded but at this point we were exhausted from going back and forth to dunkin and my house. This would’ve been my third time. I won’t be going back to this location anymore or my girlfriend for that matter.
