  Ordered 2 regular coffee’s took 30 minutes and when placing order he said what else bro. Never a good experience at this location and I am a huge DD fan! DUNCAN SC ALWAYS SPOT ON

  The last time I tried to leave a review Google had them paused. I was crazy excited about this location considering I'm a huge DD fan AND it's located in Boiling Springs. My experience here was weird the first visit. The cashier was confused and blamed the interaction on "lack of sleep". The second time was an early morning rush. I had ordered 3 items and was handed one of the drinks and was told "Have a good day" and cashier closed the window. When the cashier came back I was met again with another confused look. I said there was 3 items in my order. I almost as if they didn't even look at the order ticket. Had to sit in line another 5 minutes for a 50 count order of munchkins and 3 pieces of bacon. The location definitely needs to undergo more training. The location in Spartanburg on Ezell Blvd has never done me wrong. I'll wait until they get things together before I return.

  Every single time I go they mess something up. Extremely rude. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to.

  Every time we’ve gone here, our drinks have been made wrong. I’ve gone to other Dunkin’s with the same order and those were correct… So I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. Also had an interaction when they had the Wicked tin promotion that left a sour taste in my mouth. Wanted to give them a second try, and the drinks tasted worse than the first time.

  This was our first time going since this location opened. Will not be going back. The employees genuinely seemed confused with no idea what they were doing. Upon walking in, an employee brought us a ticket talking about some purchase we had no idea about. Then she brought us a box of munchkins and sat it down in front of us on the counter and walked off. We couldn’t figure out if these were for us, seeing as how we hadn’t ordered yet? Were they free? Then I looked and saw the name, and told her those munchkins weren’t ours. They in fact belonged to the girl waiting in front of us. Most of the donuts in the display case were not labeled, so we didn’t know what kind they were. They looked dry and crusty, and some of them were torn in to chunks and just sitting in the basket. The elderly lady that came in behind us had trouble using the kiosk and asked the girl behind the counter a question and the girl just walked off mumbling something! She eventually came back and tried to help the lady, but was confused. When we got home and opened the box, it looked like someone with a claw for a hand had boxed them. They were all dented and squeezed. One was so dry a chunk broke off. We tasted a couple of the donuts and they were dry and stale. We ended up throwing almost all away. This Dunkin’ location needs serious help!
