  I first went inside the restaurant to pick up my order and stood there for about 30 minutes. During that entire time, the employees completely ignored me. One of the workers clearly heard me, looked directly at me, and then deliberately turned away without saying anything. Even though the restaurant was not busy, no one helped me. After that, I tried to pick up my order through the drive-thru, but they told me to go back inside to get my order, which made the situation even more frustrating. In the end, I wasted a significant amount of time and experienced completely unacceptable customer service. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I am very disappointed with the service.

  I don’t usually gift credit but I give credit when credit is due this Arby’s establishment off of Highway nine and bowling Springs has some of the best service I’ve ever had for a fast food restaurant. There was this young man. His name was Ayden and I have to compliment him in anyway, he has the brightest future going for him. He is the most respectful, young outgoing, and he just wants to be something one day, and I respect that he reminds me of a young version of me and honestly, I am so happy that I picked Arby’s that day. I don’t normally eat Arby’s, but I was super satisfied five stars.

  The front cashier was in the lobby so the drive thru person went ahead and took my order so I didn't have to wait. Very much appreciated .
