- HCHeidy CarelaApr 3, 20261.0Long wait and also mixed orders, last Thursday I went and got charged for someone else’s order, the didn’t know how to fix the problem but tried to returned the order and money then charged me for my order but after all I ended up paying for both transactions. Once bought some new Zero drinks and the syrup was so strong that I could not drink it. Have a long way to go this place.

I was crazy excited about this location considering I'm a huge DD fan AND it's located in Boiling Springs. My experience here was weird the first visit. The cashier was confused and blamed the interaction on "lack of sleep". The second time was an early morning rush. I had ordered 3 items and was handed one of the drinks and was told "Have a good day" and cashier closed the window. When the cashier came back I was met again with another confused look. I said there was 3 items in my order. I almost as if they didn't even look at the order ticket. Had to sit in line another 5 minutes for a 50 count order of munchkins and 3 pieces of bacon. The location definitely needs to undergo more training. The location in Spartanburg on Ezell Blvd has never done me wrong. I'll wait until they get things together before I return.
