They don't pay attention to orders. 2nd Time in two weeks my order has been messed up. Last week my boyfriend ordered me a hazelnut iced latte large with cream and liquid sugar and a shot of extra espresso and they gave me no sugar when I specifically asked for liquid sugar. We let it go, wasn't a big deal to me and I just added sugar in my coffee when I got to work. But what is a big deal to me and disrespectful is ysterday.... My boyfriend ordered me a large ICED Hazelnut coffee with cream and liquid sugar.... She gave us a hot one and he said that is not what he ordered. I can drink hot coffee at home. She refused to remake my coffee and had a bad attitude and the other girl at the counter said we're probably in a rush... when we weren't I think she was just trying to diffuse it... I was given my correct drink... Literally just poured it over ice into a different cup, no biggie. It was the attitude behind it. The attitude from these young employees are aggravating. I know working in customer service with food can be aggravating sometimes, but don't show your frustration visibly and verbally at the window where customers can hear you and your coworkers have to say something to just be like "heyy it's fine, let it go, just fix it that's your job " to you because you messed up an order.... That's just uncalled for. It took a few minutes for them to fix it while I was trying to get to work and had a fussy baby who doesn't like when the car stops. We stop by almost everyday and get me a coffee before work everyday. They see us enough to know my order. We have never had a single issue until now. Wendy's has been more cheerful and have way better customer service than Dunkin lately. That should say something.

For many years i have trusted Dunkin to provide that little boost of caffeine for my family each morning. Each morning i spend roughly $8-$13. If i added up the total cost of my coffee i acquire through dunkin. I’m basically giving you a $200 a month membership to provide me my coffee. There is no reason i should receive the terrible customer service i did from the 235 Blythewood Rd Columbia, Sc location. Aaliyah (I believe that’s how you spell her name) messed up my order. Yesterday, i ordered my girlfriend an iced coffee and was given a hot one. No big deal or at least so i thought until, i told the girl that handed me my coffee that they messed up my order and Aaliyah verbally spoke out and expressed her frustration with remaking my beverage and afterwards REFUSED to remake my beverage. The other girl who was at the window tried to calm her down by saying “I’m sure they’re just in a rush”. Then proceeded to make my beverage because Aaliyah refused. I was not in a rush. I know what I ordered. We drink the same beverages every time. To have an employee outright state that they WILL NOT remake a beverage because they got it wrong and then blame me for their mistake is insane to me. Scooters is closer to my house. I will happily spend more money on my coffee to acquire it from scooters if it means i receive better customer service. It’s been a long run Dunkin but i feel our time together has come to an end.

Went inside to order, waited in line for 5 - 10 minutes as line slowly moved forward. Second in line, the person walks off to help with drive thru and online orders as line inside backs up. Another 10 minutes before another person finallycomes to explain the other long lines why no one is taking our order. They say the register is not closed but if no one is taking orders what's the point.

I've visited this particular Dunkin' twice during roadtrips between North and South Carolina, both times for a late breakfast. It's difficult to rate the "atmosphere" because I've only used the drive-thru window. However, the drive-thru area seems clean. It's a shame that its located behind a gas station, which is a bit of a turn off. Otherwise, it's a fairly decent. The service is a bit on the slow side, even when it's not busy. But the upside to that is the orders have been 100% correct and piping hot. And the drive-thru cashier has been very friendly. Let's put it this way, it was 100% better than my experience at the Dunkin' in Clyde, Ohio on the turnpike, where I encountered 3 teen staff members having an extremely loud conversation with two male teens that were hanging out at the counter. They were dropping F bombs every few seconds as they yelled over each other and debated how to handle an upcoming court appearance for one the boys at the counter. Given the subject matter, it sounded like an assault or rape charge, and the female teen that served me was suggesting that she call the girl in question to get her to admit that she had been aggressor. Then she would tape the conversation and take it to court to defend the friend who was hanging out at the counter. This was all being said as she stood directly in front of me while making my butter pecan frozen. Unfortunately, she was so distracted while cooking up her plan for court that she totally screwed my order and gave me a regular iced coffee. The couple standing in line behind me also heard the conversation, shook their heads in disgust, and walked away. There was zero awareness of how completely inappropriate they were all being while on the job.
