- CBchanda burnettJan 1, 20261.0Extremely Disappointing Experience I placed an order and waited for delivery, even adding a note explaining that the GPS is incorrect and not to turn onto Rimer Pond. I watched the tracker and saw the driver go to the wrong location anyway. They never called, never attempted to reach me, and then returned to Domino’s and canceled my order without telling me. I called the store, spoke with someone who assured me they would send the order back out. They never showed up. No call, no update, nothing. This was HORRIBLE service from start to finish. A few minutes later I received a call from the pizza place letting me know I was six miles away therefore outside of the delivery radius. I was aked if I wanted to pick it up myself. When I asked if the delivery fee would be refunded I was told “maybe” and then placed in hold.

- JRJessica RossSep 24, 20251.0This location has completely gone downhill. The delivery drivers are not trained and the managers do not take accountability for the store's shortcomings. This store does not coordinate with the online tracker so you have no idea if your order is actually ready. They do not know how to manage big orders. On my recent (1 pizza) order I was first told a big order came in before mine. Then, by the manager, I was told the oven went out and even though the tracker said my order was completed, it had not even been made yet. This store should not be able to operate if they do not know how to use the tracker. And usually the quality is good but this time they put way too much sauce on it for a thin crust. Obviously bc they were too rushed. Corporate should rehire the managers and train them better.
