  I’m not one for leaving bad reviews, but I feel compelled to leave one just to save anyone time and money. There aren’t many food options available after 10 pm in the area, and unfortunately I work a late shift. I decided to order myself food after working a 12 hour shift, and an hour and thirty minutes later i am still waiting on my food. 4 dashers have cancelled my order due to long wait times (not their fault) So I went to try and pick it up myself and I am met with the same wait. Now the store is closed and I never got the food I paid for. Mind you, I ordered a salad… Please save yourself the trouble, go literally elsewhere.

  Beware of using the drive thru, going inside would be a better option. Drive through is Ai garbage and manager will get mad at you for wanting Real Human Service. Other than that food was excellent.

  Cashier great... Fries old For as far back as 30 years I rarely received my chicken order correctly (maybe batting 20%). Of course, today was wrong. I order a chicken sandwich with mustard and pickle. It always comes with everything. Always!

  The woman at the drive thru window was short and dismissive, and rushed us off before we could check our order. Timers are the store's concern, not the customer's. A little patience goes a long way in a service job. The food was not much better. The fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a while, which made the visit feel like a waste of money. Overall, I would not recommend anyone waste their time or money eating here. Wendy's used to be better than this. USED TO BE!

  Ordered online, they gave it to someone else, then said they were not able to make it again or give a refund, but I could call corporate, this is after almost two hours of calling customer service and being in the store while I asked to talk to the manager about it and he decided to walk around for yet another 15 minutes before talking to me pretending to be busy as there were not that many customers, I guess he was waiting for me to get tired and just leave, I do recommend you go elsewhere
