- JPJaden ParisDec 24, 20254.0The food and the atmosphere are great. The only problem is the service is so off and on. They say they close at 8 or whatever but you walk in 30 minutes before close and they tell you they shut off the machines and aren’t serving you. This has happened to me several times before at this location. I’ve worked at restaurant chains before, you can’t deny customers before close just because you cleaned up the machines ahead of time. Either the manager(s) need to crack down on this or they have to actually close earlier and update the hours on Google maps, instead of falsely advertising they are “open.” If you go in any other time though the staff is typically nice. Just a huge pet peeve when places do this though, it’s not professional at all.
