  Service was Prompt, and respectful, very clean inside as well. Most of all the Atmosphere was Phenomenal I love a restaurant that is inspired by faith. The music was so uplifting while sitting inside eating my breakfast buririto combo enjoying my coffee. Inspiring I wish more Restaurants will get on board with Respectful service, gratitude for the entire dining experience. Well Done!!! 10 ⭐️ if they had them

  Guy at the drive thru wasnt that nice I think he is new and he also messed up my whole order (i think I got someone elses) after making me wait past the drive thru line and they forgot about me but there were 2 nice people that helped me i believe it was kendrick and some lady he always seems to be nice but the other dude doing drive thru needs to learn a thing or two or get another JOB

  We order at Evan Way every two weeks. We spend $60 plus on our orders because we have 5 kids. Something is always missing (usually fries) it's not a big deal. More of an inconvenience to have to turn around and go back. They usually honor it. This time I sent my daughter to go back because we were missing 2 orders if fries and a drink. They refused to give us the rest of our food because we did not bring all of it back for her to dig through. If I would have, I would expect for all of it to be remade. Own up to the mistake and fix it. I have managed in food and beverage over 30 years. I am blown away with this experience. The manager would not give me her name.

  We put in an order online. We have a large family so we always spend $60-$80. It's typical we are missing stuff but it's never a huge deal we just go back up there and get it because we only live about 5 minutes away. Well tonight we did just that. Missing 2 fries and a drink. My oldest daughter was told that they would need all of the food back to check and verify it is missing. The kids are already eating at home waiting on their fries and a drink. Not to mention if we bring it back it would be even colder than it already was. The manager just kept arguing with me on the phone when I called to question her giving my daughter a hard time. I asked if they would have remade the whole order if we had done that as it would have been way to cold. She didn't have an answer for that and just kept insisting it was in the bag. We spend a lot of money at this Wendy's. We never make a big deal. I could have just bought more but at this point I'm not spending $10 more on fries and a drink that I already paid for.
