  We waited 39 minutes for 3 burgers (we didn't even get our food) the worker was talking on the phone the entire time while with one hand cooking slower than a newborn baby can count to 3 all of that just for him to say he doesn't have our order. I'm pretty sure we put in our order because I'm down $33 in my bank account. He had time to sit down and grab a drink even have a little social time with someone I don't know who was working there at Sunday March 1st 2026 5:32 pm (yes I'm going in that much detail) BUT PLEASE FIRE HIMMMMM! but hey at least he gave me an empty cup for my troubles

  The burger was good. Although I was the only one there and I had to wait 30 minutes or more for my food. The cheesey chili tots were disgusting . The cheese cooled a was like a layer of thick plastic covering everything

  The only guy that works there cant make my meal right to save his life. I grab lunch here once a week for the last 7-8 weeks and it is always wrong Im not going to continue to eat here simply due to the incompetence of the employees have. I wanted a single patty burger with bacon only NOTHING else and this is what I got.

  So I came in with my husband and little brother 1/4/26 around 6:30pm. I didn’t ask the gentleman’s name but he was amazing. He made our burgers amazingly. Probably the better burgers I’ve had in a while. He was quiet but polite and patient with us even when the kiosk was malfunctioning. He made sure we had everything we needed, even going to get our straws for us and brining our bags of food directly to our table. This man deserves a raise to say the least. Very memorable experience.
