- KBKaitlyn Burbage1 day ago3.0Our server, Monica, was fantastic. She was very attentive and sweet with our family. The service wasn’t the issue, the hosts and kitchen is the problem. I could tell they were over seating our server and stretching her too thin and on top of that, our food was insanely late not to mention my steak was undercooked and my moms food came out 15 minutes after hours did. I saw three other tables also send their food back also. Again, the service was great, she was doing her best with what she was working with. The kitchen is the problem and needs to be fixed.

They replaced it with a rare one, even after two attempts. The broccoli and asparagus were way overcooked and salty. And to top it off, we were unable to enjoy our favorite dessert, the chocolate tower cake, because they said they’d been out of it for weeks! Like I said, this is the first time we’ve had problems, and will probably go back, but today was a train wreck.
