  Place a online order as soon as they opened received the message to pick up but ended up waiting more then 30 minutes ended up with a cold bloomin onion please do better then this!

  Server(Payton) was good, wasn’t her fault she works at this embarrassing establishment. We went for my friend’s birthday and ended up leaving after a drink and app. The restaurant was literally out of everything. Wasn’t my first bad experience at this location. They need to be shut down because this location is a joke. Close the doors for good.

  This evening 12/21, I stopped in to sit at the bar and have an app and a salad. I was not acknowledged by the server for many minutes as I sat at the bar directly in front of her. A quick hello would have been sufficient! Finally the manager offered to get my drink. Apps got ordered and drink provided……… never heard a work or any acknowledgement from the bartender. Continued to pass my area over and over again but still not a word. Upon me asking for a box at the end of my visit, she said “do you need anything else?”. How about if I wanted another beer with my food, what if I wanted more sauce, etc…… she would have never know as she never checked in with me! I proceeded to pay on the kiosk- again she didn’t have to say anything to me at check out either. Then in the survey, I’m asked if I felt valued by the server. Seriously- she never spoke to me ( except took my 2 app order) how would she make me feel valued? Upon exiting the restaurant, I asked to get a contact info For someone. A manager came out, the same one who got my drink, and said “you want contact info, his name is…….! Never asking me about my experience. If the manager doesn’t value customers, how does this business expect the staff to? As a person who lives right in the Buckwalter area, I’ll be going elsewhere in the future!!! Very disappointing!!!

  Amber the hostess was such an amazing person! She was the best host I’ve encountered down here while on vacation! She has such an amazing attitude and personality! Ranae the manager was also very positive and helpful. They both deserve the world and a great holiday

  This outback has really gone downhill. Recently the quality of the food has come back slightly but the service and cleanliness is poor. The last 2 times I have been there to sit at the bar, there were dirty dishes lining the bar. It took at least 5 min of sitting there to get them cleared, and the bar was not wiped. The new bartender tries but is not efficient and has too many responsibilities. There is no bar back to help her out. Two 'managers' went behind the bar but neither helped clear or get a drink order. I left and went to Longhorn, bar was busier but had a drink in under a min while waiting to order. Outback is not on my list for a steak anymore.
