She said we are out of sprite, would you like something different to drink, we have coke, dr pepper,.....and orange juice. I said I'll take orange juice. I noticed later on the receipt I was charged extra for the orange juice. There was no mention that I would be charged extra for the substitution. I feel that if you are out of a product that is normally part of what is listed on the menu then the upcharge for substituting should be waived or at the very least, I should have been informed that there would be an upcharge. To begin with the server at the window was rude and impatient.
