- JSJill SNov 3, 20252.0Really nasty manager. If you're unlucky enough to get her going through the drive-thru, she talks through you when you're trying to place your order - repeatedly. She literally MUST be the one speaking at all times. Then she gets your order wrong because she wasn't listening. When you try to correct her, she gets testy and says she won't serve you at all. She was still ranting through the speaker this morning as I drove away to Chick-fil-A. Also, you can hear her yelling at employees all the way from Circle K across the street. There are some really nice employees working at this location, many of which would make much better managers. Sadly, the manager in place is the biggest problem and the architect of most negative experiences at this location. I'm being kind in my wording. I ate here almost every morning for years, but hey, it's pretty much right next to Chick-fil-A, which is better, and with employees/management who know how to talk to customers!
