The food we received was obviously old. It must been sitting under a headlamp for a while to the cheese on Philly and the cheese on my chicken sandwich was crispy and crumbly. And thats not easy to do to cheddar cheese. And honestly not exactly sure to blame FOH or BOH for the issue because it took over and hour to even recieve what we ordered. To the kitchen staff if you put out this food you should feel ashamed of yourself and shouldn't even be in the industry. I get that sometimes a quick refry to refresh the fries seems like easy solution but its gross and the fries dry out and taste like straight oil. And to the "kitchen manager" what sense does it make change the fryer oil in the middle of lunch? Also in what universe does kids food come out last? As a parent and as member of the F&B community that blows my mind that my nephews chicken tenders and fries (which were just as unappetizing as the fries on the adults plates) came out 10 mins after ( 2 chicken sandwiches, a chicken wrap, and a philly). You seriously need to work on quality control and portion control (considering the fries on the adult entrees were very different portions I could hold every fry in my hand and my fingers touch and my hands are on the smaller side while my friends had almost twice that)
