  This location seems determined to hire the laziest and most distracted people in the county. $40 bucks for two donuts, avocado toast, and three drinks and they still got the entire order wrong. They even forgot to toast the bread. The girl at the window seemed to care less and was annoyed that we asked her to make the order correctly. I get that the new normal is to make things as crappy as possible and over charge for everything, but this is just beyond ridiculous. Not even sure why I’m writing this review when we all know the management team won’t reach out or even care they lost our business.

  I had a very disappointing experience today, April 12, around 4:10 PM. The staff was unprofessional and did not take customer needs seriously. Their inexperience was evident, and it felt as though they were not fully committed to their roles. As a result, I decided not to make a purchase and will not be returning to this location.I've also read previous reviews, and it seems that many others have had similar experiences.

  The guys working there today got our order perfect! They were able to compensate for not having the item that the app said was available. I even called because I wanted to tell them how good they did with the order. Hopefully they find out how pleased we were.
