  I drive a school bus and unfortunately today I was approached by a worker from the building explaining to me I would have to park at Lowes and walk back to the establishment. There are no cars wrapped around the building cause I try to beat the lunch rush. But from now on I will certainly tell my colleagues in my field (athletic trips, charter trips, school trips) that this particular restaurant is not bus friendly. I was cranky the rest of the day, I really wanted some waffle fries!

  First time ever visiting this location and I wish I hadn’t. First, the location is in a very weird spot, leaving no space to even enter to actual lot. We ordered 4 breakfast meals , total fail! Greasy hash browns (soaking the carton) greasy chicken that tasted a tad bit weird and extremely watered down fountain drinks. I’ve never had bad chick-fil-a so I was very surprised. Luckily we’re on spring break and I never have to return here again.

  I have gotten bugs in my food twice. This shouldn’t even happen to someone ONCE. I ordered a salad through the drive through, when I got home, I saw there was a giant dead fly in the salad. The second time, I ordered the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich, there was a tiny bug crawling in the tomatoes. I’m not sure if this is happening because they leave a giant door open whenever they’re working drive through causing the bugs to get in, but its disgusting.

  Chaotic. I'll go somewhere else in future. They were out of nuggets n but instead of telling me they couldn't fill my entire mobile order, they just gave me what they did have and let me drive off! Thankfully I noticed we were short some drinks and i stopped to check. After waiting a long time in the drive-thru, now I'm waiting in the store. They have one person taking orders. She is overwhelmed. They are out of some of the drinks and sauces as well. Like I said, it's chaotic. Do yourself and these employees a favor and go somewhere else.

  I gave 2 stars only because the food was of course good as always but I was so disappointed in the service today. I went through drive through and a gentleman took my order however forgot to take my name and perhaps even forgot to put in my order so when I got up to the window they asked my name and I explained that I didn’t give my name and that he didn’t ask it, the guy at window says can you pull up we can’t find your order. I pulled up where I proceeded to sit unattended to for atleast 15/20 mins so then window guy comes up and says” who took your order?” To which I replied with a description. I waited another 5 mins, then I motion for window guy to come to my car and I asked for my money back and he says “ we can’t give a refund because we can’t find your order” would you like to speak to the manager?” I said yes!! I would!! She comes over and I asked for my money back so I could be on my way after waiting close to 30 mins and she said” we can’t give you a refund because we can’t find your order” I explained why can’t you either put my order in a bag or give me the money that was paid?” Are you calling me a liar? Saying I didn’t place an order? Are you holding me hostage? Because I hv to go. She said,” no mam and went and got me some food. My god!!! I hv never ever been disappointed in chick fila but when it rains it pours because they dropped the ball hard on this one!!!
