I placed an order online to pick up at the drive-through, but the interaction at the window was disappointing. There was no greeting, no smile, and I was asked to drive around even though there were no cars behind me. I explained that my order was already ready and that I was only there to pick it up. It wasn’t the kind, welcoming service I expected to start the day. I guess not everyone is a morning person, but a little courtesy goes a long way.
