  While the service was decent, management is very poor. There were two tables full of empty food plates, the restaurant might as well have been empty, there was barely anyone there and those tables weren’t bused in over the hour I was there eating. The male managers chose to relax and talk with servers rather than manage their people and get them to do their job, they walked by both tables multiple times, it’s obvious they saw it and are afraid of doing their jobs.

  This is my second time ordering take out and the food was over cooked.Last night I ordered 15 boneless wings and they were all dry out as if it was sitting under a heat lamp for hours.Just a waste of my money because I was not able to get them they were so hard.

  The help was sitting at the bar vs. Working. No host, he was sitting at the bar. There were only people at 2 tables. When asked for a quit booth he said only could sit at the one next to where people were with a crying baby so we sat at the bar. The only one seeming to work was the bar tender. She, the bar tender was nice and her service was good. Food just ok. We won't go back

  They forgot grilled onions on 2 of the burgers. Also, before you say we were busy it was completely dead. They also Forgot the ranch on the chicken sandwich Forgot the side of ranch with the sampler. Needless to say I will not be returning to the bluffton buffalo wild wings. After an extra 15 minutes wait we get this i am very disappointed and this place is in need of new management and an employee overhaul.
