  How much a few hours makes! It should be noted that this McD’s is in a Loves Truck stop. This morning (3/3/26) I came in for breakfast at about 8:30 and had one of if not the best meals and experience ever in a McDonald’s. The big bosses were in the dining area (6 of them I counted) talking about their meeting they were about to leave for. The food was excellent, the service was exceptional, the dining area was spotless. The shift manager even came around to the tables asking folks if their meal was good. Now 7 hours later I come inside (Here on reset) for lunch/dinner and the complete opposite experience! The food was ok, typical McD’s, but the service was no longer there and it appeared that the tables had not been cleaned in quite awhile. The floor had definitely not been swept in the last few hours. Instead of “can I get you anything else” it was “here” and dropped a bag of food on my table. I had to go up and ask for my drink cup, I had to ask for some ketchup, then I found that the sweet and sour sauce was not in my bag. Had to go up and ask for that. There was one napkin in my bag and no where to get more without going to the counter and asking for another few. And each time I went to ask for something not in my bag or available on the counter the person behind the counter acted as if I had interrupted their day. I wish those bosses were there in the background watching what happens when the employees don’t know they are being watched.

  Ended up getting Subway didn't have all day to wait waited 10 minutes though it seems like it's at every Love's

  02/19/26. Shit service and garage food today. The fries were disgusting today, like the been sitting out since lunch menu started. Also ordered a large that only had enough fries to be a medium. Also made everyone wait excessively long for simple orders.

  I stopped in on my journey from NC back home to Georgia. They were good with speed. My chicken nuggets were fresh, They were hot. But then I bent into one of those lukewarm crusty hard bit sitting up there too long fries. Fries are the whole reason I come to McDonald's so i was quite disappointed. I didn't complain, but I threw the fries away. I can say it was clean in there. The person that handed me my food, was kinda like here you go and left. But I'm cool with that

  Manager was really hard working. Super fast and quick , speedy breakfast service. Omgosh the oatmeal was so good, I ate every drop 😋 . The coffee was really good fifteen minutes in I was floating. It didn’t burn my tongue or nothing. Right temperature! Keep up the good work thank you! Oh the restaurant was super clean too! And the cashiers were all good to😊
