  The food came out fast, but talk about a waste of money. I shouldn’t be surprised but here I am again. Food was cold. Patties were dry, unseasoned, and hard. Fries were cold to the touch. Why do you guys treat your patrons so horribly? Yeah the customer service was OK but I came here for food and it was absolutely disgusting. To whomever works the kitchen, I doubt you would feed this quality of food to yourself, or your family, so why serve it to people who are paying good money for a decent, quick meal? And to whomever is the GM of this establishment, there is clearly no such thing as quality control in this restaurant. Shame on all of you!

  Everything was fresh and very good. I ordered a number 1 double and a large chilly. The thing that killed the whole experience was the cashier with long black hair and tattoos on her arms. She has a very bad attitude for working for the public. I had asked for 8 packages of crackers, she put 2. I asked for 6 more and she gave me 2 again. I told her that I asked for more and she would not give them to me and crushed 1 of them with her nasty attitude. Every other Wendy's gives them to me. I will not eat at this 1 ever again if she is working. PS, I tried to get her name but no one would give it to me.

  The food was fresh and came out quickly, which we appreciated. The restaurant and surrounding property were clean and well maintained. The only downside was the customer service. The person taking our order was efficient but not very friendly or welcoming, and it was often unclear whether she was speaking to us or to someone on her headset. At times, it felt like we were being rushed while ordering. Additionally, another employee in uniform in the parking area did not acknowledge or greet us. Overall, the food and cleanliness were good, but a warmer and more attentive customer service experience would have made a big difference.

  Great for a truck stop burger place. Usually stays busy so food is always fresh.

  I must highly recommend this Wendy’s, especially because of one person on the night shift, Alexis. She was incredibly positive and helpful. I couldn’t tell the difference between her and the general managers in terms of how persistent she was in ensuring my satisfaction. Thank you, Alexis, and I wish you the best.
