The only downside was the customer service. The person taking our order was efficient but not very friendly or welcoming, and it was often unclear whether she was speaking to us or to someone on her headset. At times, it felt like we were being rushed while ordering. Additionally, another employee in uniform in the parking area did not acknowledge or greet us. Overall, the food and cleanliness were good, but a warmer and more attentive customer service experience would have made a big difference.
