  Had to wait 15 or more minutes for a simple Big Mac value meal. No special instructions, just ordered the medium size. Upon arrival (I ate in the store) found burger to be dry, as there no "special sauce" on it. Avoid this place unless you like extended wait times for improperly prepared food.

  One of the worst franchise u can choose to have a meal in the staff are lazy and they all in the back just laughing and horsing around with no sense of urgency to serve the customers. The manager really ain’t doing her job as a manager she rather go in her little tiny office instead of helping her team to assist the clients very unprofessional.

  I am a truck driver, and I parked across the street at the Flying J. Of course, the Denny's closed down months ago. Disappointing. Looking for any decent food, I walked across the street to this McDonald's, and the doors were locked. No signs to indicate they were closed or anything. Doors locked, and can't get in. Now I am forced to walk back across the street. I even called the place, and they seemed almost offended I called to ask if they were open. I get "we're closed!" and then they hung up on me. Talk about poor customer service! Unfortunately, driving a semi truck, my options are very limited. Very disappointed in this place, and as a whole, it just represents how far McDonald's has fallen as a brand.
