I called and he said he would send the driver back. Driver finally brought the order and when we opened the box they had obviously shook the pizza in the box. Who does this? I guess Josiaha and approved by Jonathan the manager. I called and the manager lied and said they tried to deliver 3 times and then was like well just 1 time. They never called for directions and were rude when we called and asked should we just come get it. He offered a remake but honestly why would I trust that? Plus I had to go home which is an hour away. He refused a refund. He could have had the pizza back. Absolutely disgusting and childish behavior. Definitely open your box when you get your order and wait before adding a tip. Noone wants to deal with this rudeness after spending.
