  I am NOT happy with my recent visit. I am coming back from a trip and stopped in for 2 sweets teas for me and my husband. We both almost got sick they taste like PURE coffee....now I'm sick to my stomach and thirsty because these are undrinkable...I will be calling the store.

  Ordered food here today because my daughter was excited about the pop demon meal she did not get that, just the meal in a mcdonald regular bag no fry seasoning, ice cream, sauce or nothing just basically a 10 piece mcnugget meal no sauces at all., no drinks the lady dropped it off at window was completely rude about it and said that wasn't her problem 😒 my daughter was so super disappointed since that was the only reason we eat there today not to mention we did not get our extra chicken nuggets we ordered

  Honestly I use to love getting food here and I most likely will still come here as it’s the only decent place in this area for quick food for lunch breaks. But as of recently the past 4 times I’ve gone and order. None of my food has been right. Whether it be added ketchup when it said no ketchup to entirely different sandwiches. Today I order a regular mccripsy sandwich and late meal. Took about 15 mins to come out as I do curbside, and then I get ready to eat it and it’s a Spicy one not regular which I’m midly allergic to the sauce they use. Use to be a great area to eat but recently I can’t even get food in time or even the right food.

  This is one of the worst McDonald's locations I’ve ever been to. We pulled up around 2:30 AM to a place that advertises being open 24/7. The employee immediately said it was “breakfast time,” but they didn’t have any breakfast food made yet. So we asked to order lunch/dinner instead. Her response? They had already thrown all of that food out. We tried to order breakfast again… and she then tells us they haven’t made that yet either. So let me get this straight: A 24/7 McDonald’s with no lunch/dinner food and no breakfast food at 2:30 in the morning. What exactly are you open for?!? Unfortunately, this kind of experience is normal for this location. The place is constantly run by teenagers who seem completely uninterested in doing their jobs. Employees are on their phones, have attitudes, move incredibly slow, and still manage to get orders wrong when you actually do get food. And the biggest issue is that this clearly isn’t being corrected by management. When a place repeatedly has long waits, wrong orders, unprofessional staff, and situations where they’re literally open but not serving food, that’s not just a bad shift — that’s a leadership problem. Management either doesn’t care, isn’t paying attention, or has completely lost control of this location — and it shows. Just like at the vague responses to the issue. They simply respond with a feedback link instead of apologizing and trying to address the issue of all customers who leave a negative review. If you’re traveling through the area, do yourself a favor and keep driving to the next McDonald’s. This location is a waste of time, patience, and money. After constant, multiple bad experiences here, this was the last time we’ll ever stop.
