  Food is always cold and old. They make you wait for a long time to get your order most of the time and the orders are still inaccurate and yesterday I went to get a limited time girls scout frosty and I was told the offer had ended and that they didn’t make them anymore. Well, I went to another Wendy’s today and they actually still had it. I’m not sure if they told me the offer had ended out of pure laziness or…?

  Ordering food and receiving that order shouldn’t be this complicated. And if you screw up my order, please don’t tell me I have to park and wait. If you’ve taken my money, I expect to receive what I paid for. Please stop making your shortcomings and your failures the customer’s problem. For example, if you don’t have drinks, please put up a sign at the drive through menu instead of charging me for it only to NOT give me a drink and then upcharge me for a lemonade after I ask where the drinks are. And if there are more than 2 drinks, a drink carrier would be FANTASTIC. Better still? Not having to check my entire order before leaving to ensure I received my actual order. Made that mistake today, and paid for a lunch I didn’t receive. Thanks, Wendy’s!

  The lady at the drive-thru counter with tattoos on Saturday, March 28th at 9 PM was extremely rude. We ordered cheese fries and a spicy burger, and from the beginning she was unhelpful and unwilling to answer any of our questions. To make things worse, when we asked for a sauce, she responded rudely, saying there would be an extra charge. We agreed and handed over the card, but she reacted with frustration, said “Jesus,” and asked us to wait in the parking area while she continued serving other customers in the drive-thru. I’ve never had such a poor experience before. The reviews say it all. Very disappointing for Wendy's.

  There's always issues with this store. Attitude from employees. Food missing or messed up. Employees talking and playing around not doing their jobs. Today I only went cause I had to pick up a doordash order. And they had all the doors locked and inside closed at 330pm. Ridiculous. With the drive thru live wrapped around the building. Seems to me like they need new management and a whole new crew

  One vehicle at the window when we approached the order menu. Waited 2.5 min. after the computer ask if we were going to use the app. Back out of drive thru, went to Sonic. Ordered & paid in less then a minute. Wife was eating a tader tot in less then 5 minutes. Close your doors, stop pissing of customers.
