  Came to this location for breakfast. Everything was prepared incorrectly. If you want your food made correctly don’t come here.

  We come to Taco Bell on the regular and we've never met such a sweet and patient person like Jaquanna. We both agreed she's the nicest person to serve us at this Taco Bell location most times we've been rushed to order cant finish our words but Jaquanna was different she waited spoke well and even let us know it was a her first day even offered her favorite the triple crunch wrap. We just wanted to let her know to keep up the good work. She's the one to ask for guys great job keep going you'll get it in no time

  It's minced meat in a tortilla, shell, or bowl. Nothing surprising there. Taco bell used to be cheap, like it's food. Now, the prices are the same as if you go anywhere else that has higher quality. The biggest issue is the service is so bad. It's insulting. It's slow, the orders are never correct the first time, and the employees get irritated when you check your it and even give attitude when you show them something is incorrect. Now, I only go when others pay. It's not worth spending my money there. Lastly, fill the burritos, tacos, and bowls up completely. STOP RIPPING EVERYONE OFF!!!!

  To put it in the simplest way possible, DO NOT SPEND A DOLAR AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. It has been a long and hard journey trying to maintain my trust for this restaurant and I have lost all hope. There have been many instances of MULTIPLE customer service and overall managerial issues within this restaurant. If you are a resident of Beaufort, South Carolina, you know that there are very little late night options in town (open after 10PM), especially at the price point Taco Bell offers. With that being said, there have been many nights where I have gotten off of work a little too late, and Taco Bell was the only option. In my time having troubles with this location, there have been instances of them being out of over half the menu on certain nights (ground beef, tortillas, fountain drinks, nacho cheese, potatoes, lettuce, etc. all in the span of the same night) with no signs of disdain or sympathy for the issue. In addition, there have also been multiple instances of the store just plain out being closed at random times throughout the night (i.e. not at the posted hours signs on the restaurant windows or online through various map websites). These various issues have continued for about 5 months now. Up until today, where I ordered online and the store was CLOSED at 3:30 ON A WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. With no reason whatsoever. I have since gotten in contact with customer service as far as my refund goes, but what I am more concerned about is trying to find a way to make change on this restaurant. I am in no way a complainer in a lot of instances when it comes to fast food restaurants, but the experiences I have had at this establishment have been downright ridiculous beyond comprehension. CHANGE YOUR WAYS.
