  I go to the one Robert smalls pkwy ! on a regular basis . I can get pass my order being messed up . But the fact that your employees are disrespectful is outrageous. The worker that was there this morning was very rude unprofessional and smoking on your property . All I did was ask how am I getting a refund because I ordered on the app and I noticed it was no workers in store . You guys need to do a better job at hiring employees .

  The service is below par. They take an order in the drive thru then will not take another order until that order is complete and the customer is driving away. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT going to the Sonic on Robert Smalls Parkway.

  Placed mobile order. Parked and checked in on the app. Over a half hour passed and food was not brought out. Went in to see what was going on. We're told "oh, mobile orders have to come in to pick up". While we were waiting 3 different employees walked past our vehicle, seen us sitting there and didn't say ANYTHING about having to come in to pick up. Got food, was cold and missing items. Absolutely ridiculous, TERRIBLE service. Best guess to why is we didn't leave a tip through the app because I ALWAYS tip cash and secondly we weren't melenated enough...

  Normally, I don’t have problems getting food here and they’re generally really kind and make sure I get everything I need! This time though, I waited for an hour in the parking slot waiting by for my mobile order- I tried to press the red button and no one answered so I finally walked inside and the food had been sitting on the counter the whole time. So of course it was cold, so I had them remake it and they just could not seem to care at all, which was a bummer.
