  Waited for like 20 mins before someone took my order and there wasn't even a line or anyone in the restaurant. The burger was soggy and the fries were made in probably old oil. With a drink, all this for $25?? Unacceptable

  Waste of money. The burgers had zero flavor and was still a little raw. The fries that weren't drenched in grease was pretty good. Overall it was overpriced with zero flavor. I'm not going back again. This appears to be a typical problem as the food wasn't not any better at the Bluffton location.

  Walked in 25 minutes before they closed. Came in and asked if they were still taking orders and was told “ they were about to close”. Even though the sign on the door states they close at 10 not 9:35. Then every employee came out from the back and stared at me and my mother awkwardly. The worker that told us they were about to close then put gloves on like they were going to take an order but then told the female worker that he doesn’t have a number to take the order. She signed into the computer and we asked again if they were taking orders or not because we will just leave if they already cleaned for the night. The female worker awkwardly shrugged and said “it’s fine”. Feeling very awkward we chose to just leave as clearly they did not want to work or cook. Such a shame and awkward encounter. As we walked out the door we heard an employee yelling “I guess there still is good people in this world”. Implying that them making us feel unwelcome enough to leave was doing him a favor. The times should be updated if the workers stop taking orders almost a half hour before posted business hours.
