    First question at drive thru is "do you want to scan your app today?", to which I answered "yes". Then an exceptionally uninterested party said "you can order when you want." After ordering, I pulled forward and tried to get my app scanned. The associate responds, "our scanner is broken.", and doesn't give a receipt. Fried lukewarm, frosties okay.

    The employees need more training on customer service and learning how to operate ordering kiosk system and not get people's orders mixed up & then have to start all over again. I had to wait 15 minutes at the microphone speaker to make an order. I had went to Dairy Queen and got my order within 5 minutes. Seriously management and the team crew needs improvement.

    9/30/25 12:20pm First time back after a not so great experience close to a year. Major improvements have been made! I placed a mobile order in the parking lot, walked in and was immediately greeted by a gentleman behind the counter who asked if he could help me. I let him know I had a mobile order, gave him my name etc. Made a quick trip to the bathroom to wash my hands and my food was hot and ready to go when I came out. Great food, excellent in store experience. Keep up the good work, my kids love Wendy’s and I won’t hesitate to bring them by if every experience is like this one.

    I live right beside this establishment and often visit at least once a week… the service is absoulotley horrible they often give food that you can tell is hours old… they take at least 40 minutes past 10pm… wendy’s needs to hire new members to compensate for the horrible establishment. do better
